Combatting cellulite
Cellulite is a common term used under your skin to describe overfilled fat pockets.
These are fat cells that have been enlarged, resulting in these cells taking up more space than normal between the connective tissues of the skin.
The fat then spreads the skin overly, which is often referred to as the orange peeling effect.
It appears in ninety percent of post-adolescent women and is rarely seen in males.
Common areas where cellulitis is found are the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. Contrary to popular belief, cellulite is not related to obesity, as it occurs in overweight, normal, and thin women.
Cellulite causes a lot of image problems and many women avoid wearing short skirts or shorts because of it.
Some of the factors contributing to the development of cellulite are heredity.
However, there is still a lot you can do to fight cellulite.
Water helps flush toxins and waste away from your body. Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.
