Acupressure is a method based on working with special (biologically active) points on the body, located along the energy meridians, in order to improve well-being of a person.

There are several ways to influence biologically active points:

  • you can stick a phytopatch on them (on the necessary points and along the meridians);
  • you can rub the Master Herb oil with massaging movements;
  • you can gently press on the active point with your fingers and hold for a while.

Lower Back Pain

For lower back discomfort
To affect the following points:

  1. VB 34 (in the fossa at the antero-lower edge of the fibula head);

  2. VB 30 (at the border of the outer 1/3 and inner 2/3 line connecting the greater trochanter and the sacral hiatus. The point is located when a person lies on his side with a straightened lower leg and a bent upper one);

  3. VB 31 (on the midline of the outer thigh surface. In a standing position with lowered hands, the tip of the middle finger of the lowered hand indicates the location of the point);

  4. V 23 (4.5 cm outward from the place under the spinous process of the II lumbar vertebra);

  5. V 40 (in the center of the popliteal fold. The point is located with the leg bent at the knee).
Fatique Excessive Tiredness (Hypersomnia)

For fatigue
To affect the following points:

  1. V 38 (3 cm above the popliteal fold. The point is located when the leg is slightly bent at the knee joint);

  2. V 62 (in the fossa at the lower edge of the lateral malleolus);

  3. GI 4 (he-gu) (“he” means “to close, connect”; “gu” - “gorge”. If you spread your thumb and forefinger wide, the location of the point resembles a gorge; if you bring your fingers together, “the gorge will close”).
    For headache

    For headache

    Apply small pieces of patch to the temples and additionally to the points GI 4 (he-gu),

    Т 14 (tilt your head forward, the protruding cervical vertebra will make it easy to locate the point).

    For rheumatic pains

    Additionally, use the heart meridian, points

    C 3 (located with the arm bent at the elbow at a right angle in the fossa);
    С 7 (at the radial edge of the ulnar flexor muscle of the wrist, in the gap between the pisiform and ulna bones).

    For osteochondrosis

    For osteochondrosis Affect points on the bladder meridian:

    To affect the following points:

    V 22 (4.5 cm outward from the place under the spinous process of the I lumbar vertebra);

    V 25 (4.5 cm outward from the place under the spinous process of the IV lumbar vertebra);

    V 58 (21 cm straight up from the fossa between the lateral malleolus and heel tendon);

    V 63 (downward from the fossa at the lower edge of the lateral malleolus, in the fossa at the lateral edge of the cuboid bone).

    For joint discomfort

    Additionally, affect the meridians of the stomach and gallbladder, acting on the

    E 34
    points (6 cm above the upper lateral edge of the patella);

    VВ 36 (21 cm above the lateral malleolus, at the anterior margin of the fibula).

    Body patches

    For swelling of the legs

    To affect the following points:

    R 3 (on the inner surface of the leg in the fossa between the medial malleolus and the heel tendon);

    V 60
    (on the outer surface of the leg in the fossa between the lateral malleolus and heel tendon);

    V 62
    (in the fossa at the lower edge of the lateral malleolus).

    For headache

    To affect points
    T 14, C 7
    (at the radial edge of the ulnar flexor muscle of the wrist, in the gap between the pisiform and ulna bones).

    For toothache

    To affect the following points:

    GI 4 (he-gu);

    P 9 (on the palmar side of the radiocarpal fold, in the fossa at the radial side of the radial artery);

    RP 6
    (on the inner surface of the leg 9 cm above the apex of the medial malleolus);

    E 4
    (outside the corner of the mouth, at the intersection of the vertical line from the middle of the pupil and the horizontal line from the corner of the mouth);

    E 36
    (the point is located with the knee bent, 9 cm below the fossa of the patellar ligament).

    Zhui Feng Forte Body Phyto Patch

    For lower back discomfort and to support the kidneys and urogenital system

    To stick on the lower back on the front projection of the kidneys on the left and right.
